This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Outgrowth SEO.

Opportunity Sprint (Free)

The Opportunity Sprint is a free qualification and discovery process used to evaluate fit and identify opportunities.

• No payment is collected
• No refunds apply
• Completion of the Opportunity Sprint does not guarantee acceptance into ongoing services

90-Day Sprint Program

The 90-day sprint program is a structured, time-based service delivered in defined phases.

• Fees are non-refundable once the program has started
• Each sprint includes planning, setup, and execution that cannot be reversed
• Results are influenced by factors outside our control and are not guaranteed

Monthly Payments

If the 90-day program is paid monthly:

• Payments apply to work scheduled and delivered for that period
• No refunds are issued for completed or in-progress work
• Cancellation prevents future billing only

Cancellations

Clients may cancel by providing written notice via email.

• Work completed prior to cancellation remains payable
• Deliverables completed up to the cancellation date remain the property of Outgrowth SEO unless otherwise agreed
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active sprint

Advertising Spend

Advertising costs (including Google Ads or Meta Ads):

• Are separate from service fees
• Are non-refundable
• Are paid directly to the advertising platform unless explicitly stated otherwise

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only for:

• Duplicate billing
• Billing errors caused directly by Outgrowth SEO

All refund decisions are made at our discretion.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
