Search rankings, traffic, leads, and business results cannot be guaranteed. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, and client participation.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Supplying required access, approvals, and assets in a timely manner
• Paying agreed fees and advertising costs

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines or results.

Payments

Payment terms are defined in individual agreements or invoices. Advertising spend is separate from service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Outgrowth SEO remain our intellectual property until payment obligations are fulfilled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Outgrowth SEO is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Business interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Work completed prior to termination remains payable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
